Privacy Policy

Only Coaching ("we", "us") is run by Mason McArthur in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through onlycoaching.com.au, why, where it is kept, who it is shared with, and how you can see, fix or delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Some of what you tell us, like your weight, height and what you eat, can be health information, so we treat it with extra care.

What we collect

ONLYSUMMER Cut Calculator	First name, email, Instagram handle, sex, age, height, weight, activity, training days and experience, diet, foods you avoid or dislike, meals per day, and the estimates the calculator works out.
OnlyProgram Builder	Name (optional), email, Instagram (optional), sex, age, height, weight, goal, activity, training days and experience, meals per day, food preferences and exclusions.
Buying a plan	Your email, mobile and the Builder answers above. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
1:1 coaching application	Name, email, mobile, and optionally Instagram, gender, date of birth, weight, height, your goals, training background and when you can start.
Testimonial form (by invitation)	Name, email, Instagram (optional), your result, your testimonial and any photos you choose to send.
Everyone	Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, buttons tapped, rough location and device type) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.

You don't have to give us any of this, but without it we can't show your results, deliver a plan you've bought or assess a coaching application. Please don't send us information about medical conditions through the site. If you have one, talk to your doctor, and tell Mason directly if you go ahead with coaching.

Why we collect it

To work out and show your estimates, plan or program.
To deliver and give you ongoing access to anything you buy.
So Mason can follow up personally, for example to check in on how your plan or summer cut is going, or reply to your coaching application.
To publish testimonials you have agreed to share (first name, last initial, Instagram handle if given, your result, testimonial and photos). Your email and full last name are never shown.
To send you tips and offers, only if you ticked the box saying so. That box is optional and starts unticked. If you didn't tick it, we'll never send you marketing emails.
To keep the site running, secure and free of spam.

Marketing emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link, and we'll stop within five working days of you using it. You can also email us to unsubscribe at any time.

Where it's stored and who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us, and only what each one needs:

Vercel hosts the website and its analytics.
Upstash stores calculator and Builder sign-ups, applications and testimonials in a private database.
Vercel Blob stores testimonial photos.
Resend delivers the emails the site sends to you and to Mason.
Stripe processes payments and keeps your purchase record.
An email marketing platform, if we start one, would hold the details of people who opted in to marketing emails.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We use well-established providers that protect personal information with security standards at least as strong as those required in Australia. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we protect it and how long we keep it

Information is sent over encrypted connections and kept in services protected by access controls that only Mason can use. We keep sign-up and application details for as long as they're useful for following up, and purchase records for as long as the law requires (generally five years for tax). Testimonials stay up until you ask for them to come down.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Email masonmcarthur@onlycoaching.com.au with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used on the site. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for your testimonial to be taken down. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to hold.

Complaints

If you're worried about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We'll update this page if anything changes and show the new date at the top.
