These terms apply when you use onlycoaching.com.au or buy anything from it. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. Please read the refund policy and health disclaimer below before you buy.

Who can buy
- You must be 13 or older to make a purchase.
- If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy, and we recommend they go through the plan with you. Growing teenagers have different nutrition needs, so please check any meal plan with a parent and your doctor first.
- The OnlyProgram Builder is designed for ages 16 and over.

All products are digital. Nothing is posted to you. Prices are in Australian dollars, and Stripe may show the amount in your local currency at checkout. Each purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
Delivery
- OnlyProgram plans unlock on screen straight after payment. We also email you a permanent link so you can open your plan again on any device.
- The ONLYEATS cookbook is emailed as a PDF to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder, then email us and we'll sort it out.
Refund policy
No change-of-mind refunds. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don't give refunds if you change your mind, no longer want the product, don't use it, or bought the wrong option.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, for example it never arrives, the file doesn't work, or it is significantly different from how we described it, you're entitled to a remedy such as a replacement, a fix or a refund. Email us with your order email address and what went wrong, and we'll make it right.
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can fix it quickly.
Health disclaimer
- Everything on this site, including the Builder, the ONLYSUMMER calculator, plans, programs and the cookbook, is general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical or dietetic advice and isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor.
- Mason McArthur is a coach, not a registered dietitian or medical professional.
- Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or training program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or are under 18.
- Exercise carries a risk of injury. Use correct technique, work within your ability, and stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.
- Check every recipe against your own allergies and intolerances. You're responsible for the food you choose to eat.
Results
Results depend on how consistently you follow your plan, your starting point, your sleep, your health and many other things, so we can't guarantee any particular result. The testimonials and transformations on this site are genuine experiences from real clients, but they aren't a promise that you'll get the same result.
Using our content
Your plan, program and the cookbook are for your own personal use. Please don't share, copy, resell, upload or distribute them, or share your plan link publicly. All content, photos, videos, recipes and branding on this site belong to Only Coaching.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe on payments.onlycoaching.com.au. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them.
1:1 coaching
Sending a coaching application doesn't commit you to anything or guarantee a spot. If you go ahead with 1:1 coaching, it runs under a separate coaching agreement that we'll send you, covering payments, cancellations and check-ins.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to supplying it again or refunding what you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect loss.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new date at the top. The terms in place when you bought something apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
